Hi and Welcome!
My name is Caprice and I’m a licensed clinical mental health counselor (CMHC). Just like seasonal weather, life has its own springs, summers, falls, and winters. Various life experiences (past and present) can contribute to feelings of distance, loss, confusion, or disconnection from ourselves and others. Therapy can be a place of exploration and peeling back layers to help build awareness, understanding, and promote healing. Some of my goals as a therapist include highlighting your strengths, increasing trust and confidence, and helping you to strengthen your relationships.
My online practice is based in the Salt Lake area, but I can see clients in any city or county in the state of Utah. This makes therapy services more accessible!
